Before becoming a State Farm Insurance Agent, I spent my childhood on a dairy farm in St. Joe, Arkansas. From there, I was fortunate enough to earn my Bachelor of Science degree in Business from the College of the Ozarks. For 15 years, I worked in the transportation industry with FedEx and UPS before deciding to make a career change to work with State Farm. In 2010, the doors of the Serena Smith State Farm Insurance office opened in Bentonville. This opportunity has given me the chance to work with the local community while providing a great customer service experience.
My husband, Nathan and I love spending time together traveling. You can find us exploring beach destinations where we can soak up some sun! Since Nathan is an avid golfer, I decided to get on the links and try golfing myself. It has become a great hobby for us to partake in together! Are there any fellow golfers out there?
