I expressed my disappointment that my agent did not know. I did not leave a good review. Instead of trying to troubleshoot or attempt to help us solve at all, she just tried to push the fact we were “too broke to make our payments”. Get your insurance somewhere else"

"I spoke with Cassie because I had questions regarding my policy, and I have never been talked to like that by ANY agent before. She was extremely rude and crude and kept disregarding anything I was saying, then at the end of it all, she just hung up on me when I had more questions. I tried to speak to Serena but they just said she wasn’t in. Very disappointed, especially when you keep being told that none of your payments were actually keeping your policy active despite making multiple. Won’t be returning to State Farm ever again after this."

"I have been a customer of this location for over 18 years. The front desk operator is always a delight to work with. Although, the customer relations part gets lost between the agent and the client. I highly recommend doing a yearly analysis to receive the best price point for your needs. I have not seen Serena since taking over this location almost 16 years ago but her right hand Whitney is always so helpful through email!!!"

"I was charged incorrectly for a coverage policy and wasted hours of my day trying to find a resolve. This is still not resolved. They admitted they had an error on their end, but not *truly* willing to find a solve for the issue. If you want anything to be corrected at this place, please know it will take a period of time and will not be resolved with urgency. They are very limited in what they can do to correct any technical error or error made on their behalf. Also, they do not keep records of signed documents, so please make sure that you keep any invoice, document, contract, or communication and that you have written statements when a rep takes care of you. I am still waiting on a resolve."
